14k Gold Filled

An affordable way to wear gold, our gold-filled pieces have a thick layer of 14k gold, heat and pressure bonded to a high-quality brass core. They contain 100x more real gold than regular gold-plating. Will not chip or rub off.

Sterling Silver

We use nickel-free sterling silver in our designs- a solid, precious metal that lasts forever. Silver may develop a darker patina with time, but can be polished up. Oils from your skin help prevent silver tarnish... so wear it often!

• Ready to ship jewelry is mailed within 2-3 business days
• Made to order jewelry can take up to 2 weeks to ship
• Signature jewelry with custom sizing can take up to 4 weeks

• We use USPS for shipping
• We offer free First Class shipping on orders over $95 (2-5 business days)
• Orders can be upgraded to Priority shipping for an additional fee (1-3 business days, free over $250)
• Time varies for international orders

• We ship in eco-friendly packaging so be sure to reuse or recycle your package!

Return Policy

• We have a 30-day return policy
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• To start a return, use our online return or email info@arcanasilver.com.
• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are not eligible for returns.

Damages and issues

• Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item

Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges, as it is faster to reorder and item and return the unwanted item
