No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our items—handmade pieces, each one unique and one-of-a-kind—I do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully read the product descriptions and review all photos before making a purchase.
Shipping & Handling

I carefully pack all items in eco friendly packaging to ensure they reach you safely. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address information.

Any shipping delays caused by carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx) are outside of our control, and we are unable to provide refunds for delayed shipments.
Care for Handmade Items
To preserve the quality of your handmade jewelry, we recommend following the specific care instructions included in your package. Handmade jewelry and gemstones are often delicate and may require extra care to maintain their beauty over time. Remove jewelry while bathing, swimming, exercising, showering, or doing household chores as cleaning and body products can damage your gemstones or precious metals.
Repairs
We offer repairs on a case by case basis. Please send an email with pictures of your damaged jewelry so that we can assess if and how a repair can be made. In the event that Arcana Silver cannot repair your jewelry, we suggest taking it to a local jeweler in your area.
Sizing
Please read all measurements carefully and ensure the proper sizing. Ring sizers can be purchased online or taken in person at your local jewelry store. Wrist sizes and necklace lengths can be taken at home with a string.
