All jewelry is proudly designed and made in the USA using sustainable and ethical production practices. In-stock jewelry will ship within 3 business days. Out of stock and made to order styles may take up to 3 weeks to ship. Orders with both ready to ship and made to order items will ship when the order is ready. Please keep in mind that as a small business, we keep limited inventory and many items are made to order just for you. All solid 14k gold options are made to order.

Our default shipping method is USPS First Class Mail with Tracking & Insurance for $5. USPS First Class Mail can take 2-6 business days (3 days average) to be delivered. You can upgrade to Priority Mail for $10. Priority Mail takes 1-3 days. Orders over $100 ship free First Class. Orders over $200 ship free Priority.

International orders are shipped default via USPS First Class International Mail. USPS estimates that international orders will arrive in 6-10 business days, but orders can sometimes be delayed for 3-4 weeks by customs. We also offer carrier-calculated UPS rates as well if you prefer over the USPS. We will refund shipping overages. International buyers are responsible for paying any import fees or tariffs levied by their country. We cannot estimate what these fees will be as they vary by country. Once a package leaves the United States, we have no responsibility for it.

Arcana Silver is not responsible for lost packages or items marked as delivered.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@arcanasilver.com or use our online return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Item must be sent back with original packaging and with receipt of purchase. Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be processed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

While made to last, your heirloom quality jewelry does need to be treated with care in order to get the most life out of your piece.

To prolong the life of your jewelry, please avoid showering, bathing or swimming while wearing. Thoroughly dry your piece if it does get wet. Remove jewelry before messy or heavy activity like sports, exercising, gardening, cooking, painting, etc. and before sleeping.

Many of the stones used in Arcana Silver jewelry are porous and rather delicate (turquoise, opals, etc.). Avoid dropping or banging your precious stone jewelry to avoid fractures and cracks.

Metals like brass, bronze, sterling silver, lower purities of gold, and gold fill will naturally tarnish over time and develop a darker patina. Jewelry should be stored in a dry environment or in a plastic zip bag to prevent oxidation. If you wish to remove the patina you can clean with a jewelry polishing cloth (included in every order). For a deeper clean, fill a bowl with warm water, a drop of clear soap and scrub with a baby toothbruth, taking care to avoid prongs and settings. 

For a pure brass item, dip in white vinegar for 30 seconds, rinse with water and wipe dry. Please take care to avoid stones when using this method. Arcana Silver is not responsible for any damage caused due to cleaning.

Gold fill jewelry should not be polished with a compound, vinegar or jewelry polishing cloth as this may wear the finish down over time. Instead you can wipe clean with a soft damp cloth followed by a dry cloth.

Free repairs are offered on jewelry purchased within 6 months. After that a small fee may be charged. You are also welcome to send back any jewelry for cleaning and/or polishing for a $15 charge.
